之所以叫“邮票孔”,是因为这种设计真的和我们一般看到的全邮票一样。在隔板的位置打一些小孔,方便用钳子等工具进行隔板,或者直接用手折断小孔之间的连接筋,达到分板的目的。
“邮票孔”拆分的最大优点是不需要任何特殊的拆分工具即可达到拆分的目的,不像其他两种方法需要专用的Scoring machine和routing machine。但是,这个邮票孔确实有很多缺点。以下是缺点:
邮票孔分割后,容易留下毛刺和板边不平整。这些毛刺有时会在装配中造成麻烦。例如,有显示器的地方不应有毛刺等易沾污物。这些凹凸不平的板边有时会导致装配干扰甚至功能问题。

这种邮票孔通常设计用于一些不能使用V-cut作为子板的电路板上,因为V-cut在使用上有一定的局限性。如果切板的设计不好,就会造成不能承受重量的变形问题。所以说完,我们还是要回到邮票孔的设计上去,邮票孔的设计也是一些大学问的。如果设计不好,不仅容易产生毛刺,影响装配,有时还需要额外加工,费时费力。又是不愉快。
